Acquiring protective rights for inventions
Procedure domestic:
- proceedings – before the national patent office / national patent enforceable within a given country
- regional: proceedings – before the patent office established by more than one country in a given world region / regional patent (e.g. a European patent) enforceable within the territories of specific countries
- international: proceedings – in accordance with the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), domestic and/or regional patents granted by the patent offices of specific (selected) countries or regional patent offices
Publications server
Made available by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland to provide easy and universal access to the Office’s documentation. The service publishes full texts of Polish patents and utility models granted or registered by the Office as well as Polish translations of European patents enforceable in Poland.
