1. Data collection on www.OPNT.pl

All information shown on www.OPNT.pl is entered by the site administrator, i.e. the Opole Science and Technology Park, based on surveys/source texts/interviews supplied freely by the portal users or based on information generally available on other services and homepages of enterprises, business support institutions, R&D units, local government units, etc.
Our Privacy Policy is based on the following principles:

• limitation of the amount and protection of personal/institutional data collected,
• protection from unwanted content, spam and advertising,
• everyone’s right to access, correct and remove their personal/institutional data.

As a matter of principle, we do not make available or sell any personal data collected by us.
Such information may only be furnished to a third party in exceptional circumstances and provided that:

• it is required by applicable laws and regulations – where the information is requested by an authorised public authority in connection with the user’s violation of domestic or international law, provided that such violation has taken place through www.OPNT.pl,
• a prior permission from the User has been obtained, where the publisher has outsourced site management to a third party, e.g. a hosting firm, provided that such third party fully accepts our privacy policy,
• the information has been freely disclosed by the user. All fields on our forms containing information subject to disclosure are described as publicly available so that each user is aware of that;

2. Right to access, correct and remove data
Everyone has the right to access, correct and remove any data supplied by themselves. The user may make changes to their own/their institution’s data through the site administrator, i.e. the Opole Science and Technology Park.

3. Protection from unwanted content, spam and advertising
We do not send to users any external unwanted or unexpected information or materials or any unsolicited messages. The only information that the user may receive in connection with the fact that they placed information on their activities in the portal includes:
invitations or information on projects carried out by the Opole Science and Technology Park and its partners.

4. Amendments to Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend our Privacy Policy without prior notice.
